I just took out my wireless adapter and i cannot use the local network adapter on my motherboard, any solutions?

- Try to re-install the drivers for it or make sure its not disabled in Network Connections in Control Panel
- If you have a space PCI slot. Buy a PCI ethernet card and install it where your wireless card was. It will cost you £20 at the most
- It might be turned off in the CMOS. Check out your setting when you boot up.
- Try all the other suggestions and also when you plug-in the Ethernet cable into your computer do you have lights on it? If not then it looks like that slot may be damaged.
