Our wireless router (Dlink DI604) is blocking connection with our new ISP, worked fine with old, solutions?

With our previous ISP this router worked perfectly fine. I called the new ISP and they said they did NOT need to authorize or enable its use on their end. I've gone through setup and settings and can't figure this out.
